02/21/2019 Mike took great care to ensure that my jeep was fixed and in working order as soon as he could while maintaining continuous contact and providing updates along the way. I walked in the service department and was immediately assisted and was called the minute my vehicle was ready and got in and out quickly. Thank you for making it right Mike and LS DCJR!UPDATE: since posting my review I have been contacted by Mike, the service department manager who has diligently been working to rectify my issue and turn this experience into a positive one. To date, he’s gone above and beyond in turning this around and getting my part as well as maintaining ongoing communication. I’m hoping all comes together and will continue to edit this review as progress is made. My first experience with the service department at this location was fall of 2018. Any time I’ve ever called to speak with someone in the service department I’ve been on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes before I reach a person, who most of the time, places me back on hold for another 5 to 10 minutes before I can actually make an appointment or get a question answered. At my first oil change I informed the service department manager Jonathan, that my rear defrost was not working. I shared that one of the welds ok the rear glass had come loose and asked for them to repair. I received a call by Jonathan and was told that he would be ordering a replacement rear window for my jeep wrangler. He told me it would take a few days to come in and at that point he would call to schedule an appointment. Several weeks past and I heard nothing and at that time called Jonathan at the dealership. Again, I waited on hold over 30 minutes to simply reach the service department. I waited another 10 to 15 minutes simply to speak to Jonathan who then put me back on hold for another 5 to 10 minutes before telling me the part was on backorder. I ask him if I would receive a call once the part was in and he said yes. Months past without hearing anything and I finally called again today to check back on the part. I waited on hold for 35 minutes before someone from the parts department picked up and was then told after being placed on hold a second time for another 10 minutes that no order was ever placed for any part. When I explained my experience and my concern for having went all winter with no rear defrost on a brand new vehicle the gentleman assisting me told me the only thing he could do was connect me to Jonathan the manager, who two times prior to taking my call and was dishonest about ordering the part to begin with. I then contacted a different dealership in hopes of getting my rear windshield repaired. Based off of the hold times and their customer service I strongly recommend seeking out an alternative jeep dealership for any service or parts. Completely disappointed, there’s no reason to be dishonest.

I came in this week to have a keyless remote programmed. I was very pleased with the honesty of Service Advisor Jesse,  and the kindness of Automotive Tech Ashley. Their actions made my day, and I am very thankful. I will definitely come to this service department for all of my future vehicle needs. Thank you!

The salesman, Lance, was awesome!! He answered all my questions befor the sale and after the sale. He is respect full , professional , With a little bit of humor throwing in. He made us comfortable and make sure we understood what was going on with the sale. The finance manager Derek , was also very thorough and professional. This is the second vehicle I have bought from this dealership and I would go back. I would recommend it to anybody friends family acquaintances man on the street . Never felt pressured to purchase. Staff was genuine and helpful. Process was relatively quick and we were able to leave with vehicle at end of the day.
