The price with my $2000 trade ended being the asking price because of added charges. Which makes you leave there thinking my car was a gift. Not what I expected. The wait was slow. The helper was very congenial though and made sure we were taken care of. He even helped transfer the baby car seat. Very nice
I went to LS Dodge /Chrysler/Jeep/Ram after visiting 2 other local dealerships that were unwilling to budge on their price on Jeep Wrangler Unlimited's (JL). The folks here were able to get to the best deal I've seen on a new Wrangler Unlimited while offering a better trade value of my current vehicle than the two prior dealerships. Very happy with my experience here. Rick listened to our parameters, and went straight away with the numbers provided to run them by Jesse. After much less negotiation, and no strong arming from Rick / Jesse, we felt comfortable we were getting the deal we desired on a well packaged Jeep. Eric and company made it very easy to trade in our current vehicle and explained all warranty extensions well with enough information for us to make an informed decision.
I was full of questions and was nervous and cautious to finally decide to buy a car after 3 months of searching. Robert and the finance team were all patient and willing to answer anything I asked and answered it honestly.
Got an oil change only. Shocked by price though for synthetic. They say its required. Since this car requires a change every 10000 miles. (They try to get you in at 7500 mi despite the mfg recommendation of 10000) The price is now 100.00. In my other jeep it was half that. Wadayathink?
